Abstract

The discussion about the concept of justice begs for a clear definition of the realms of ethic, right, and moral. This paper aims to show how Perelman, Dworkin, and Rawls are located within this discussion. It establishes the criterion of public justification as fundamental for pointing the difference between those realms and proposes a vertical interpretation of them, placing ethics as a basis and as the most restrict one and moral as the broadest one.

Keywords: Justice, Ethic, Right, Moral.
